Zoom Group is proud to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Lee to the post of program director.

According to Zoom Group president Annie Rosenberg-Sattich, Zoom Group searched extensively for six months to fill the post.

“Elizabeth joins us after a decade of work in the nonprofit sector, eight of which were with individuals who have developmental disabilities,” Rosenberg-Sattich said. “Elizabeth has served in many capacities in our industry, including providing direct support to clients, fundraising, case management and various leadership roles. Her deep experience in strategic planning and organizational development help make her the perfect program director.

Most recently Lee worked as a crisis prevention team supervisor in the Department of Community Services and Revitalization with Louisville Metro Government, where she coordinated and supervised multiple social service programs including the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the Summer Food Service Program. Prior to that, she spent nearly nine years as program director at Dreams with Wings.
