StudioWorkZ offers artists the space and support to broaden their skills and nourish their creativity. Our program provides participants with:

- Guidance from an experienced staff
- Art-related community outings
- Skills workshops led by community artists
Professional Opportunities
StudioWorkZ helps artists advance their careers by providing opportunities to sell and showcase their work at the ZG | StudioWorkZ Gallery and within the broader community.
The gallery hosts at least four public exhibitions each year, featuring works from StudioWorkZ artists as well as local artists.
Additionally, our artists have their work available for sale at local businesses and have exhibited at galleries and art museums in Louisville and beyond.

What kind of support do artists receive at StudioWorkz?
StudioWorkZ is an independently driven program where participants take control of their own studio experience. Unlike a traditional classroom setting, the program allows artists to work independently, with support and guidance from staff available as needed.
What sessions are available at StudioWorkZ?
StudioWorkZ is a day program open Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.
Do I need to bring my own materials to StudioWorkZ?
StudioWorkZ provides all the materials that artists need for their artwork. Participants do not need to bring their own supplies to the studio.
What happens to the artwork created at StudioWorkz?
All artwork created at StudioWorkZ is available for sale to the public either at the ZG | StudioWorkZ Gallery or at partner businesses in the community. StudioWorkZ artists are offered a 70% commission on all sold works, and the remaining 30% is reinvested in StudioWorkZ.
